Aliens: Still a mystery!

There has been a lot of buzz about some creatures found on other planet. But no one knows the reality. Scientists and researchers have been working on the same to know if Aliens actually exist. It was recently said that scientists are claiming that an alien life form might exist on Titan, the largest of Saturn moons. The bigger question is how do we communicate and find exactly if they exist or not?
Do alien exist or no?
In a way we are all aliens but we can’t call ourselves as the same as we belong to the same planet. But yes, we are aliens to creatures on other planet. The funny part is in spite of being on the same planet earth; we have not in depth understood language of animals or other creatures.
Since the year 1947, there have been many incidents that have occurred that mark the existence of Aliens. One of the biggest one was the Roswell incident. From then nearly 70,000 incidents have occurred between 1952 to 1969 and approximately 12,000 UFO’s are seen by people across the World.
There was a time when NASA scientists took permission from court to conduct a lie detection test on almost 25,000 people but amazingly 90 % people said the same during the procedure. Thus, proving the existence of Aliens.
Since 1970’s NASA’s scientists are researching in depth but till date the result is awaited.
Past seven and half decades, existence of aliens is a million dollar question. Yuri Milner, a Russian billionaire and also physics scientist was keen to know about aliens and for the same he approached Britain Scientist as well as NASA Scientists. By then NASA has come up with a project called SETI to trace the aliens. Later Urvi miller started his dream project Breakthrough Listen along with London scientists.
Last year, NASA found some living creatures in moon, venus, mars and titam, biggest moon of planet Saturn. According to analyzers, “If such information is available with NASA, it has to be communicated with SETI- wing of NASA too. But unfortunately it is not done. If it’s done then, it becomes easy to trace aliens.”
Behind the story:-
On earth, many changes happen almost every day in atmospheric condition. People living in different parts of world have different complexions, body type etc. Similarly even the creatures differ according to the countries.
According to researchers, “We know that Dolphins are more intelligent than humans. Being on the same planet, we humans are not able to understand what they speak so how can we communicate with Aliens. Also the bigger question is that no one knows how aliens look.”
Existence of methane gases prove that a living creature exist on a particular planet. According to scientific research all living beings eliminate methane gas.
Scientists have said that the advanced technology Spectroscopic used by NASA is not up to mark. It is said that if the equipment is placed on other planet it reflects that no a living beings are present in solar system but that’s not true. Earth has various types of living creatures.
So the analyzers are now asking to focus on latest equipment, technology, and way to communicate with Aliens. Thus, taking the next step towards the hunt for Aliens.

It’s time to celebrate Youth Day!

It is said that flowing water will always be fresh but stagnant water will have nothing new to offer. Today’s generation is like fresh flowing water. Full of enthusiasm, courageous, goals oriented and have more patience, these qualities define the young generation of today and because of these, they are easily absorbed in any working environment.

United Nations Organization (UNO) branch of Economic and social affairs survey states that these days there are some changes in thinking pattern of young generation regarding jobs.

Every youngster after completion of studies in poor and developing countries is looking forward to take the responsibility of feeding the family and get respect in society. They are achieving the same by securing a job.
According to latest survey, across the globe nearly 7 Cr 30 lakh youngsters (aged 14-35) do not have job. Just a few days back in UP, India there was a news that for a sweepers job, many youths have applied. The shocking part is those included Degree and PG students.  This clearly shows India’s no-job situation.

In India, nearly 35cr, 60 lakh youngsters (aged 10-24) are looking for an apt job. The big question is, for this big number it is not only difficult to find an apt job but also to know if he/she possesses the required skill for the job? Off late, Government has also launched number of schemes for job opportunity but they don’t seem to be performing that great.

Everyone is assuming that India will face a difficult situation ahead but that’s not true. UNO gives a ray of hope in the darkness.

Employee- Owners same- same?
Employers offer and employees accept or deny the offer, that was the thinking which was nurtured in youth but now it is slowly changing. As per UNO report and Software company Delloite’s survey, the latest news is that among 29 countries across the globe nearly 7800 young employees are keen to start their own business. This is a good sign for the future.

The best part is the youth is able to implement at the pace of their thinking abilities. If it’s their company then the ownership automatically flows in, thus making them independent. The startup are making news headlines today. Even if they are the owners of the company, they are still working as employees of their company. Thus the owner- employee is same-same!

According to Wall Street Journal Survey, till date worldwide 149 private startup companies got 100 Cr profit each in first quarter of 2016. This sum is almost equal to one wing of a multinational company. The highlight is the startup companies are driven by age group of 25-34 years.

Many MNC’s these days are boosting startups in the best possible way.
Interesting Facts:
-         In upcoming decade, in developing countries there would be need for 60 Cr jobs but currently only 10 % of the same is fulfilled.
-         In Developing countries, 82% of youngsters wish to do their own business but in Developed countries only 52% is thinking of the same.
-         Compared to old adults, youth is 1.6 times keen to start a startup company.

Facebook’s Express Wi-Fi: A Trap?

Recently Facebook breaking headlines for giving free internet to check out status updates and with Re 1, one could access Facebook totally. With this there has been a lot of buzz about the social media giant, but now the latest news is that Facebook has come up with new project ‘Express Wi-Fi’. For the same, Facebook has partnered with BSNL and ISP to sponsor 125 Wi-Fi hotspots in villages across west and south India as a part of Digital India campaign. According to statement given by BSNL Chairman and MD, Anupam Shrivastava said, “Facebook will pay Rs5 lakh to BSNL bandwidth for each hotspot per annum.”
With this it is said that Facebook will bring affordable internet access to rural India. According to media reports, Express Wi-Fi has already completed a trial period in the country with a local state-run telecom and about 125 rural Wi-Fi hotspots.
According to well-known market analyzers, “The Express Wi-Fi service is on Internet.org. It is the same platform it used for Free Basics which was opposed by India. But even now the Express Wi-Fi page on Internet.org gives a link that they have to register to Free Basics to get themselves included. With this Facebook is moving back to Free Basics and thus makes me question Net neutrality.”
Adding further, analysts explain, “In 2015 Facebook had almost 134.5 million users; because of this India was Facebook’s second largest market. So now with Express Wi-Fi, it looks like Facebook wants more people to access internet in order to become it’s users.”
Free basics
India’s Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in February banned Facebook’s free basics service, on the grounds that it violated the principles of net neutrality. Due to free basics, equal treatment of traffic on internet was not possible.
That time Facebook had said it would not try to provide the service again in India. But this time they have come up with Express Wi-Fi and a line that mentions log on to register your site for Free Basis.
Also Facebook said that it was simply trying to connect the unconnected, and that some web access is better than none at all. Critics state that Facebook this time has planned not to violate the guidelines of net neutrality and keep Express Wi-Fi free and transparent. But it doesn’t look like it’s following the same.
If Facebook tries to bring back free basics once again, then there will be opposition for sure. If not then this will be a great step to connect people across rural parts of India and thus a move towards Mission Digital India.
